Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an AI Enablement Lead within the Knowledge Enablement pillar of the AI Enablement team in the Corporate & Investment Bank. The role sits in the Chief Data & Analytics Office and reports to the Head of Knowledge Enablement & Strategic Reporting.

The remit is to develop the strategy for AI adoption across x-CIB to maximize value from the toolset available. As an AI Enablement Lead, you will drive communications strategy and foundational upskilling efforts,

Qualifications

Experience with AI and knowledge of Financial Services.
Significant communications and/or upskilling/L&D experience.
Knowledge of AI/ML (GenAI and Prompt Engineering).
BSc or MSc in a relevant field.
Ability to assimilate new information and adapt strategy.
Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
Ability to manage multiple initiatives and deliver under pressure.
Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Drive multi-layered communications strategy for AI adoption across CIB sub-LOBs in partnership with CIB comms.
Perform in-depth analysis to identify gaps in upskilling initiatives and design scalable solutions with HR L&D and business CDAOs.
Champion change management and enablement (training, communities) to drive sustained adoption.
Use data to drive adoption decisions and define success metrics across the adoption funnel.
