Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 7+ years owning product management delivery in complex, cross-functional environments.
• 4+ years leading knowledge management, search, or data science products with measurable impact on business outcomes.
• Strong command of the product development lifecycle and value measurement; hands-on experience building AI-powered systems.
• Expertise in knowledge management standards, taxonomy, metadata, and machine-readable formats; familiarity with enterprise platforms and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to define and deliver knowledge management strategy; own backlog and multi-year roadmaps.
• Build outreach across lines of business and enablement programs to drive adoption of standards.
• Set strategy for machine-readable content, metadata, taxonomy, and governance for AI-ready knowledge bases.
• Identify high-impact areas for tool use and automated workflows; pilot, measure, and scale winners.
• Guide product analysts, data scientists, data owners, and engineers to ship iterative improvements against metrics.
• Lead discovery and market research; engage customers to understand pain points and validate features.
• Lead change management while ensuring adherence to risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
