Job summary

Truliant Federal Credit Union seeks a Knowledge Management and AI Product Manager to shape how enterprise information is organized, governed, discovered, and prepared for AI-enabled search and self-service. You will own the knowledge product strategy and lead modernization efforts across content, metadata, and lifecycle management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in knowledge management, enterprise content management, information architecture, digital workplace, product management, learning technology, or related field.
• 3+ years leading knowledge management products, platforms, or programs, including strategy and roadmap development.
• Experience balancing employee needs, business value, technical feasibility, governance, and risk while making clear priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own the product direction for Truliant’s enterprise knowledge environment, aligning strategy with governance, taxonomy, and AI readiness.
• Lead cross-functional modernization efforts including content cleanup, consolidation, migration readiness, adoption, and measurement.
• Partner with business leaders, IT, Compliance, Risk, Legal, and learning stakeholders to create a trusted knowledge ecosystem.
• Prepare and optimize content for intelligent search and self-service while applying responsible AI principles.
