• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to balance employee needs, business value, governance, and risk while prioritizing.
• Experience supporting AI-enabled knowledge retrieval and self-service.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage knowledge product strategy, roadmap, and backlogs.
• Design taxonomy, metadata, and content lifecycle standards.
• Lead cross-functional modernization, including content cleanup and migration readiness.
• Collaborate with leaders, SMEs, IT, Compliance, Risk, Legal, and learning stakeholders.
