Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC is seeking a Product Delivery Manager in Knowledge Management to shape the KM strategy and roadmap. You will lead end-to-end delivery, manage dependencies, and coordinate with senior product leaders to deploy AI-enabled knowledge solutions at scale.

You will own governance, AI readiness standards, and content modernization to improve self-service and reduce time-to-resolution. A strong Agile/Scrum background and executive communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management delivering in complex, cross-functional environments.
• 5+ years in product delivery or related domain with shipping impact.
• Experience leading change readiness and operational management.
• Strong track record in release management and continuous improvement.
• 4+ years with knowledge management, search, or AI products with measurable impact.
• Excellent executive communication and storytelling; analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependencies, and release management.
• Ensures compliance with firm risk, controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Manages timelines, blockers, and resources; liaises with stakeholders.
• Drives AI readiness, governance, and content modernization for search and AI experiences.
• Owns knowledge governance, content lifecycle, and tooling enhancements.
• Shapes KM strategy and backlog from user research and business benefits.
• Guides cross-functional Agile delivery with metrics on reliability and cost to serve.
• Collaborates with legal, risk, design, and operations to scale solutions.
