Job summary

Truliant Federal Credit Union seeks a product-minded knowledge leader to own the enterprise knowledge environment, aligning strategy, information architecture, governance, content modernization, and AI readiness to improve findability and trust across the organization.

You will partner with business leaders, IT, Compliance, Risk, Legal, and learning stakeholders to create a knowledge ecosystem employees can rely on. Travel up to 10% to Charlotte or Winston‑Salem as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in knowledge management, content management, or related enterprise roles.
• 3+ years leading knowledge management products and roadmaps.
• Experience with AI-enabled retrieval and enterprise search is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own knowledge product strategy, roadmap, priorities, and improvements.
• Set standards for taxonomy, metadata, ownership, and lifecycles.
• Lead cross‑functional modernization including content cleanup and migration readiness.
