Qualifications

• Extensive ITOM delivery experience at architect/lead level on large multi-workstream programs.
• Depth in CMDB architecture, CSDM alignment, IRE and reconciliation design.
• Hands-on knowledge of ITOM Visibility and ITOM Health at enterprise scale.
• Experience applying AI to operational work with sound judgment.
• Hybrid/multi-cloud architecture, containers, Kubernetes, and security constraints.

Responsibilities

• Architect data foundations including CMDB/CSDM, Discovery, and Service Mapping strategy.
• Design AI-ready, trustworthy data populations and scalable MID Server topology.
• Lead event intelligence, health, and observability via SLO-based models.
• Define guardrails for AI agents, including ServiceNow Otto and AI Agent Studio usage.
• Advise executives and engage in pre-sales with realistic effort estimates.
