Job summary

Tech CRG is seeking a proactive IT Support Specialist to serve as the go-to resource for day-to-day technology support across the organization and client portal users. You will help drive AI adoption using Microsoft Copilot, learn the tools, support colleagues, and help the team extract real value from AI-enabled workflows and integrations.

Responsibilities include provisioning accounts, troubleshooting Microsoft 365, printers, and hardware, and contributing to knowledge base and training

Qualifications

• 2+ years in IT support, help desk, or a similar technical role.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and user accounts.
• Familiarity with AI tools and practical use of AI to solve problems.
• Experience with ticketing systems and meeting SLAs.
• Preferred: Copilot, Salesforce, SAP, and API concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on IT support to employees across the company.
• Assist with onboarding and access management.
• Support AI adoption and enablement across the organization.
• Serve as the first point of contact for portal questions and issues.
• Log, prioritize, and track requests; build a knowledge base.
• Support training and continuous improvement.
