Job summary

VINCI CONSTRUCTION USA is seeking a Systems Analyst I on the Technology Team in Orlando, FL. This role includes ITSM ticket triage, user account administration, and Tier 1/2 application support. You will work on software/projects, coordinate vendor upgrades, and communicate professionally with users, vendors, and IT staff.

Responsibilities also include attending meetings, providing status updates, and assisting with other projects as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
• Three or more years of technical experience supporting hardware and software systems.
• Experience using an ITSM ticketing system to manage incidents, service requests, and support activities.

Responsibilities

• Build and fine-tune machine learning, deep learning, or large language models (LLMs).
• Connect AI tools and APIs into existing software applications and enterprise infrastructure.
• Validate models for accuracy, security, performance, and bias before deployment.
