Qualifications

• Associate degree in computer science or equivalent or MCSA certification.
• 2 years of business experience in information systems technology in lieu of education.
• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and upgrade workstation OS and software.
• Support CATV and security technology.
• Assist in daily operations of the IT department.
• Protect customer data with encryption and secure storage.
• Manage support and troubleshooting of office telephone systems.
