Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information sciences, technology, computer science, or related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in a consulting firm, working on large-scale technology transformation projects.
• 2+ years’ experience in IT project management, engineering transformation, and business analysis.
• Demonstrated expertise in transforming SDLC to AI SDLC using Claude, Claude Code and Cowork.
• PM risk mitigation skills, RAID items, scheduling, cost control.
• Strong stakeholder management, bridging business and engineering teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and work with distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Work on end-to-end IT transformation projects for major consulting clients, focusing on innovation, technology resiliency, and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and development teams to design, onboard, and optimize DevOps toolchains (e.g., GitLab, Artifactory, SonarQube).
• Assist the team with project execution: develop project plans, facilitate meetings with client and project leads, maintain project documentation, and drive delivery of key technology initiatives.
• Analyze business requirements, performance metrics, and project risks; communicate recommendations to executive leadership.
• Act as a technology liaison between business stakeholders and engineering teams to ensure alignment with enterprise change management controls.
