Job summary

SheerID, a fast-growing US-based B2B software company, seeks a Vice President of IT and Security to lead all corporate technology, information security, and data protection. This role reports to the CHRO and shapes a scalable strategy to support growth toward $250M ARR while embracing AI-enabled workflows.

You will unify identity and access management across cloud platforms, establish governance with SOC 2/ISO 27001, and partner with DevOps, RevOps, Product, and AI Enablement to balance risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or related field.
• Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of IT and/or Information Security experience, with 5+ years in senior leadership within $50M–$150M+ ARR B2B software/SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Lead unified technology and security strategy across IT, data protection, and compliance.
• Govern security postures and compliance (SOC 2, ISO 27001) while enabling business velocity.
• Build federated identity governance across DevOps, RevOps, and AI Enablement.
