Job summary

SheerID seeks a visionary VP of IT & Information Security to lead corporate IT, data security, and enterprise information governance for a fast-growing B2B software company.

Reporting to CHRO, this executive will build a federated security program, align technology with business goals, manage risk, and scale AI-enabled infrastructure across teams including DevOps, RevOps, AI Enablement, and Product.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS or related field.
• 8+ years IT/InfoSec with 5+ years in senior leadership in a $50M–$150M+ ARR B2B software/SaaS org.
• Experience leading IT and information security programs with governance.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and risk management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise IT architecture, cloud ops and AI infra.
• Oversee cybersecurity, data governance and risk management programs.
• Forge cross-functional partnerships (DevOps, RevOps, AI Enablement, Product).
• Build and grow IT and Security teams, aligning budget and strategy.
