Job summary

Executive Alliance seeks a Senior Manager of IT Strategy & Security to own IT operations, governance, and AI initiatives in a robust biotech setting. You will lead cyber, infrastructure, and vendor risk programs while aligning technology with business goals.

Reporting to the President & CEO, you will manage a Systems Administrator and a Senior Software Engineer, driving multi‑year strategic tech initiatives and ensuring compliance across SOX, ISO, and industry standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years IT leadership experience, including 2+ years in strategic IT or cybersecurity.
• Expertise in NIST or ISO 27001 and SOX IT controls, with governance experience.
• Experience governing enterprise AI tools, AI data protection, vendor AI risk, and integration.

Responsibilities

• Govern cybersecurity policies, risk assessments, incident response, and SOX/PCI/ISO controls.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, networks, servers, cloud, telecom, and asset lifecycle.
• Develop AI roadmap, governance, tool assessments, and secure AI integrations.
• Lead vendor risk, SaaS evaluations, contracts, and cross‑functional reviews.
• Drive multi‑year technology initiatives and report risks to leadership.
