Qualifications

• Experience building and shipping security products or running a security team.
• Experience taking products from concept to paying customers.
• Ability to design for model capabilities and set a reliability bar.
• Strong product judgment and technical depth to assess findings.
• Willingness to perform unglamorous work and communicate with executives.
• Proven ability to partner with researchers, vendors, and policymakers.

Responsibilities

• Set cybersecurity product portfolio strategy and be accountable for results.
• Ship security products and remediation capabilities for Claude Code and beyond.
• Represent Anthropic on security externally with CISOs, vendors, researchers, governments, and press.
• Partner with research to identify model security gaps and plan improvements.
• Collaborate with safeguards and policy on model access for cybersecurity.
• Maintain cross-functional momentum across research, engineering, sales, safeguards, policy, legal, and comms.
