Job summary

Cass Information Systems, Inc. seeks a Lead Project Manager to provide strategic leadership for complex enterprise programs, driving Agile delivery at scale and championing AI-first project management practices.

You will partner with enterprise architecture, data, and AI governance teams to define AI-enabled delivery capabilities while aligning technology investments with business strategy and delivering enterprise-wide delivery maturity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or business administration, with MIS emphasis or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of progressive project management, including 5+ years leading enterprise Agile programs and AI-augmented delivery.
• PMP and SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) or SAFe Fellow certifications required; AI/Lean Portfolio Management certifications are a plus.
• Experience evaluating and overseeing enterprise AI platforms for portfolio management and predictive analytics.
• Leads Agile Center of Excellence, with training programs and maturity assessments across the organization.
• Strategic expertise in agentic AI, governance, and enterprise AI platform evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Sets strategic portfolio vision, investment themes, and value delivery roadmaps with executive leadership.
• Accountable for portfolio governance, Agile program delivery, and value realization across delivery lifecycle.
• Develops portfolio strategies, executive communication frameworks, and AI-enhanced dashboards for visibility.
• Provides executive communication of portfolio health and AI-driven insights to C-suite and board stakeholders.
• Governs vendor ecosystems, negotiating Agile contracts and AI-readiness across vendors.
• Leads enterprise resource strategy and talent allocation across the Agile portfolio.
