The ideal candidate has extensive experience with Salesforce, nCino, and JIRA, and can lead stakeholder discussions while guiding enterprise initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in financial services coordinating business, functional and technical requirements or projects.
• 2+ years Salesforce CRM experience.
• 2+ years in nCino loan origination system.
• 2+ years using JIRA.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification is a plus.
• Strong IT/Business Operations knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements for initiatives.
• Liaise between business and tech teams to align objectives.
• Create and manage user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items in SDLC with development teams.
