Job summary

Sia, based in Charlotte, NC, seeks a Forward Deployed Business Analyst for its Financial Services Consulting practice to embed with client teams and lead AI-enabled business analysis. You will leverage data, analytics, and AI to move faster, deliver smarter solutions, and drive meaningful transformation across financial services clients.

The role requires strong communication, analytical thinking, and proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, JIRA/Confluence, Power BI, Tableau, and SQL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred for advanced roles.
• Experience in business analysis or consulting in financial services is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled analysis and no/low-code tools is desirable.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• AI-Enabled Consulting Delivery: use AI, analytics, and automation to accelerate research and delivery.
• Client Engagement: work with business, operations, product, data, and technology teams to understand objectives and challenges.
• Strategic Problem Solving: map processes, data flows, and risks to define strategic initiatives.
• Technical Business Analysis: translate needs into functional requirements and user stories.
• Solution Design & Implementation Support: assist with system design, integration, and readiness.
• Workstream Ownership: manage timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies across workstreams.
• Client-Ready Deliverables: prepare polished materials for stakeholders and leadership.
• Internal Firm Support: contribute to proposals and thought leadership.
