Job summary

Moffatt & Nichol seeks a Systems Solutions & Adoption Lead to expand adoption of IT Systems, including BOB, across engineers, scientists, and offices. The role blends training, governance, and hands-on solution design.

You will identify high-value use cases, develop prompts and agents, and collaborate with technical teams to drive efficient workflows while ensuring governance and quality standards. This is an IT generalist role with AI as a capability among others to boost productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Knowledge Management, or a related field; required.
• 7+ years of enterprise software adoption, content platforms, or similar roles; required.
• Hands-on experience with AI-enabled productivity tools, prompt engineering, agents, or copilots; required.
• Experience with MS 365/SharePoint or related content and knowledge management platforms; preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop adoption strategies to increase awareness and repeat use of IT Systems across teams; experience in AI solutions required.
• Translate business needs into use cases, pilots, workflows, and repeatable solutions; manage lifecycle from intake to adoption.
• Apply hands-on AI skills to write, refine, test, and support prompts, agents, and other AI-enabled workflows.
• Design and deliver role-based training, workshops, and enablement content for practical business use.
• Partner with technical teams to scope integrations, connectors, and automation opportunities.
• Promote governance, measurement, and continuous improvement of platform capabilities and user enablement.
