Job summary

AI2IO seeks a Product Adoption & Training Lead to establish and lead how users learn, adopt, and succeed with new applications. You will build the operating model, standards, seminars, training-video strategy, and documentation practices that future team members will follow.

This senior individual contributor role requires cross-functional collaboration with Customer Success, Product Owners, and engineering to ensure scalable adoption and effective UAT across significant releases.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software training or product adoption with program ownership.
• Bachelor's degree in technical writing, English, instructional design, or related field preferred.
• Experience delivering live training to groups up to 100+ with adaptability.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 products (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Excel).
• Experience defining user acceptance testing and release-readiness activities.
• Ability to mentor without formal management authority.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the product adoption and training discipline across AI2IO applications and features.
• Design seminars, live training, training videos, and onboarding content with measurable impact.
• Partner with product, engineering, and customer success to plan enablement for releases.
• Create and maintain adoption roadmaps aligned to releases and business priorities.
• Measure adoption effectiveness and iterate training assets accordingly.
