Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
- 7+ years enterprise software adoption or enablement.
- Experience with AI-enabled productivity tools and agents.
- Experience with MS 365/SharePoint and knowledge management platforms.
Responsibilities
- Develop adoption strategies that increase awareness and usage of IT systems.
- Design and lead role-based training and enablement content.
- Create user guidance, playbooks, and reusable examples.
- Coordinate communication of use cases and success stories.
- Promote governance and track adoption metrics.
