Job summary

United Way of Central Indiana is seeking a Manager of AI and Software Solutions to lead the adoption of AI tools and manage organizational software, including SharePoint and Office 365. The role supports compliance with security standards, maintains tool inventories, and ensures successful deployment across departments.

The position collaborates with the Senior Director to drive adoption, provide user training, and document best practices while overseeing licensing and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred in IT, CS, business, info systems, or related field.
• 2–4+ years supporting and administering business applications or technology systems.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications and collaboration tools required.
• Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude) preferred.
• Experience administering project management platforms (Asana or similar) preferred.
• Microsoft 365 certifications preferred.
• Experience working with technology vendors, software implementations, or system administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead user training and guidance on best practices for organizational software.
• Create and maintain documentation for software applications.
• Manage Microsoft Teams and SharePoint sites including permissions.
• Administer Asana—user access, templates, workflows, and adoption support.
• Maintain inventory of technology tools, costs, renewal dates, and vendor relationships.
• Conduct periodic software needs assessments for the organization.
