Job summary

AlertMedia in Austin is seeking a Product Manager to turn real-world security expertise into Social Intelligence software that helps teams identify credible threats sooner and protect people when it matters most.

You will own the Risk Intelligence roadmap, work with Engineering and Design to translate problems into specifications, and collaborate with marketing to position new capabilities. This role emphasizes data-driven decision making and fast delivery.

Qualifications

Experience in product management with a track record of delivering software.
Strong stance on data-informed decision making and customer outcomes.
Excellent written and verbal communication with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with Agile delivery and modern product tooling.

Responsibilities

Define and own roadmap alignment with risk intelligence and social analytics goals.
Collaborate with Engineering and Design to translate problems into specs and milestones.
Balance priorities and articulate tradeoffs to stakeholders with clear rationale.
Partner with Product Marketing to position capabilities and enable sales.
Lead internal training and demos to spread understanding across teams.
