Job summary

SpyCloud is seeking a Principal Product Manager, Investigations to define and drive the AI-forward product strategy for its investigations capabilities. You will enable security teams and threat intelligence professionals to uncover and act on cybercrime data using AI-powered workflows.

Reporting to the Director of Product, Enterprise & Investigations, you will own a strategic portfolio that translates complex cybercrime data into actionable insights, balancing long-term vision with customer

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience with enterprise SaaS.
• 5+ years of cyber threat intelligence experience using OSINT and darknet data.
• Experience leading product strategy and roadmap development for complex technical platforms.
• Experience delivering AI/ML-powered products with data science teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for SpyCloud's AI-powered Investigations product portfolio.
• Embed AI, ML, and automation into investigative workflows.
• Translate customer problems and market opportunities into clear product requirements and roadmaps.
• Lead product discovery through customer interviews, usability research, and market validation.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Data Science throughout the development lifecycle.
• Define success metrics and leverage analytics to improve the product.
• Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, and Customer Success for launches and adoption.
• Mentor other product managers in AI product strategy and roadmapping.
