Akaasa Technologies is seeking an AI Test Lead to drive testing strategy for enterprise systems. You will be hands-on with AI-assisted QA, test automation, and system integration testing across APIs, UI, and end-to-end workflows, shaping regression coverage and modernization efforts.

The role emphasizes evaluating AI outputs, selecting suitable automation tools, and collaborating with teams to ensure security, performance, and reliability in complex applications.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in QA, SDET, Quality Engineering, or related roles.
• Hands-on API, UI, and end-to-end enterprise test automation.
• Experience with AI-assisted quality engineering and regression/system integration testing.
• Experience using AI/agentic tools to generate, refine, review, or maintain test scenarios and automation.

Responsibilities

• Design AI-assisted test generation workflows and regression strategy.
• Lead enterprise test automation initiatives and CI/CD quality gates.
• Reverse-engineer existing application behavior and improve coverage.
