Job summary

Magellan Jets is seeking a Senior AI-Native Platform Product Manager to own the internal tools powering sales, client service, and operations. You will work with AI tooling to prototype with real users and tie outcomes to measurable improvements in efficiency and accuracy.

Reporting to the VP of Product, you will define a roadmap, prioritize requests, and collaborate with engineering to deliver AI-powered automations that reduce manual work and improve service delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software product management experience
• Degree in CS/Engineering/Business or related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Experience shaping internal tools or enterprise software for small businesses, including API and system integrations
• Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria with Agile engineering teams
• Experience with CRM software in sales and client service operations preferred

Responsibilities

• Own the vision and roadmap for internal tools that support sales, client service, and operations
• Uncover root problems behind requests and simplify workflows
• Define outcome-based success metrics and track them after launch
• Prototype quickly with AI coding tools and test with users before engineering time
• Identify and build AI-powered automations and helpers to reduce manual work
• Turn prototypes into user stories and prioritize backlog with engineering
• Own intake and prioritization of internal requests, communicate trade-offs
• Drive adoption through demos and rollout, then iterate on usage data and feedback
