Engine is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead growth initiatives for its AI-powered travel platform. You will own onboarding, activation, retention loops, and monetization, and drive metrics like activation rate and net expansion.

You'll collaborate with engineering, design, data, and GTM teams to apply AI/LLMs, run experiments, and scale product-led growth across hotels, flights, cars, and groups, ensuring a seamless customer journey and measurable business impact.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of hands-on product management experience, ideally for a self-serve or product-led B2B product.
• You've owned a conversion or revenue metric and moved metrics in at least two of acquisition, activation, expansion, and retention.
• You are a problem-solver with strong analytical and experimentation skills and thrive in fast-paced environments.
• You understand how to apply AI to prototype, ship small fixes, and interrogate data; fluent with Amplitude, LaunchDarkly and SQL.
• You are curious, outcome-focused, and able to drive alignment across multiple teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own Product-Led Growth: craft and execute experimentation-driven strategies across onboarding, activation, retention loops, and monetization.
• Build AI-Powered Experiences by collaborating with engineering, design, data, and GTM teams to apply LLMs and smart automation.
• Grow Every Account through cross-sell, attach across hotels, flights, cars, and groups, and drive adoption of add-ons.
• Connect Product and Sales to move high-intent customers to the right team quickly.
• Lead Experimentation at Scale: design and run A/B tests and translate results into action.
• Align and Influence across engineering, design, data, sales, and marketing.
