Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical presales, solution architecture, or consulting with enterprise-scale data integration experience.
• Strong background in data engineering, including ingestion, ETL, modeling, storage, and analytics.
• Familiarity with integration tech: REST, SOAP, JSON, JDBC, data pipelines and middleware.
• ServiceNow platform certifications (CSA, CAD) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Data Solution Evangelism: advocate for Workflow Data Fabric to stakeholders.
• Customer Engagement: lead technical discovery and translate needs into ServiceNow solutions.
• Data Architecture Design: craft architectures for ingestion, transformation, integration and analytics.
• Collaboration and Leadership: align with sales, product, engineering and delivery teams.
• Sales Strategy: support presales from qualification to close with data-focused solutions.
• Continuous Learning: maintain expertise in Workflow Data Fabric, NowAssist, Agentic AI, and trends.
