Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in strategy consulting, innovation, or transformation.
• Ability to translate complex processes into actionable business cases.
• Excellent English communication, written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently with sound judgment.
• Genuine interest in AI and emerging technologies.
• Experience coordinating across sites and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Map, analyze, and redesign processes to unlock AI/automation value.
• Advise business units; frame problems and shape change cases.
• Scope initiatives end to end with clear success measures.
• Drive innovation sprints and track outcomes across portfolio.
• Lead cross-site coordination across time zones to keep initiatives moving.
• Develop leadership presentations with data-driven narratives.
