TruStage seeks a Lead, Innovation Enablement Consultant to steer planning and execution of innovation engagements advancing the AI and Automation roadmap within the Technology Innovation Office. You will translate business goals into structured initiatives, enable adoption, and mentor junior team members to build capabilities across the enterprise.

You will partner with leaders across the enterprise to identify opportunities, shape initiatives, and deliver measurable business outcomes while

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher with professional work experience in consulting, transformation, or technology.
Experience leading complex, cross-functional engagements from discovery to implementation.
Experience applying AI, automation, or emerging technologies to business opportunities.
Experience in regulated environments (financial services, insurance, healthcare).
Strong executive communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead mid-to-large scale engagements for the Technology Innovation Office through planning, facilitation, and execution.
Drive discovery to assess challenges, define scope, benefits, risks, and success metrics.
Provide analysis, status reporting, and insights for portfolio management and governance.
Develop recommendations and business cases to support prioritization and investment.
Mentor Consultants to grow skills and delivery capability.
