Job summary

Watlow is seeking an AI Strategy & Transformation Manager to shape how AI is used across the enterprise. This role is global, enterprise-wide, and highly consultative, partnering with senior leaders to turn goals into practical AI initiatives.

It requires hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, and change management across multiple functions, including manufacturing operations and procurement. The role benefits from collaboration with global delivery centers and reports to the Vice President of IT,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, information systems, or related field.
• 7+ years in digital or business transformation, technology consulting, product strategy, or related role.
• Proven experience partnering with and influencing executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to identify high-value AI opportunities and priorities.
• Build AI adoption roadmaps and business cases translating problems into solutions.
• Lead discovery workshops and align on next steps with stakeholders.
• Drive adoption, change management, and training across functions.
• Coordinate with global delivery centers and enterprise teams.
