Job summary

Movable Ink is seeking an Implementation Manager to lead launch projects for top brands, driving personalized email and mobile programs using our AI and personalization platforms. You will own projects across Studio and Da Vinci, partnering with clients and internal teams to plan and execute with precision.

You will apply your client management and technical skills to design tailored solutions, train clients, and ensure campaigns launch on time while achieving KPIs.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of account, project, or implementation management experience.
• Hands-on experience with mobile messaging platforms including SMS/MMS.
• Experience with email service providers, data warehousing, data lakes, and ETL.
• Strong multitasking, prioritization and communication skills.
• Proficiency with HTML, JavaScript, and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Day to day point person and Project Manager for launching new clients, communicating and collaborating throughout the implementation, and holding regularly scheduled calls with clients and internal teams to meet deadlines
• Possess an understanding of client's business, data, program goals; implement quick and sophisticated use cases to ensure Movable Ink’s software drives measurable and scalable value
• Build a strong rapport with new clients immediately; show expertise and earn trust to create a strong relationship.
• Design custom, technical solutions for your clients, partnering closely with developers, engineers, architects and product owners
• Perform platform training and evangelizing for our best practices and suggested product implementation. Overcome common objections and questions to quickly move launches forward.
• Build excitement about their success with the service and do everything necessary to hit their goals/KPIs
• Configure and thoroughly QA campaigns ahead of launches
