Job summary
Concord is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to join a client's Program Management Office on a contract basis. You will lead and direct assigned software programs, driving delivery of strategic initiatives with engineering, operations, and sales partners in a hybrid Mountain View or San Diego setting.
The ideal candidate has 7+ years in technical programs, deep software lifecycle knowledge, and hands-on experience directing AI agent tools.
Qualifications
- 7+ years building and delivering complex technical programs.
- Deep expertise in software development, architecture, and lifecycle.
- Hands-on directing AI agent tools in program work.
- PMP, Agile certifications, or equivalent experience.
- Consulting or contract program leadership for enterprise clients is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver strategic programs with engineering, operations, and sales stakeholders.
- Define end-to-end delivery plans and governance models.
- Establish program operating rhythm; track progress and forecast performance.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and drive data-informed decisions.
- Champion AI-enabled practices and scale repeatable delivery methods.
