Job summary

SailPoint is seeking an Agentic Operations Engineer to work at the intersection of Solution Engineering, Professional Services, Product Management, and Forward Deployed Engineering. Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in enterprise software, systems integrator, or consulting.

Responsibilities

• Map customers environments to SailPoint agentic solutions using LLMs and tooling, accelerate analysis and option evaluation.
• Operate AI-assisted migration pipelines; prompt, steer, re-run agents, and verify outputs before use by SEs or customers.
• Perform hands-on verification and remediation in SailPoint ISC including sources, schemas, and provisioning.
• Produce SE-ready deliverables and present findings to sales teams.
• Assist Forward-Deployed Engineering with foundational implementations and POC engagements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Solution Engineering, Product, and Customer Success for seamless experiences.
• Develop and maintain agentic tooling, prompts, playbooks, and evaluation checks.
