Job summary

SailPoint in the United States is seeking Senior Forward Deployed Engineers who combine AI tooling with deep implementation expertise to deliver foundational solutions, accelerate customers’ time-to-value, and reduce the cost of traditional services.

You will partner with sales, apply technical problem‑solving, and grow into a trusted technical and consultative advisor for large accounts, with opportunities to present at conferences and contribute to agentic technology demonstrations.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in enterprise software or consulting.
• 3+ years software implementation or pre-sales experience
• Experience with client engagements and cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of modern SaaS architecture
• Familiarity with Java, XML, Python, LDAP, SQL, Azure/AWS/GCP
• Experience with NodeJS, JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular or React.js

Responsibilities

• Participate in sales process with direct and channel teams.
• Understand customer requirements and map to SailPoint solutions using AI tooling.
• Lead onsite and remote foundational implementation engagements.
• Educate customers on high-level product architecture, design and best practices.
• Collaborate with sales, solution engineering, product, professional services, and customer success to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Develop and contribute to Agentic technology solutions for demonstrations.
