You will lead AI-driven reengineering of HR processes, identify new ways of working, and drive organizational transformation. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of AI, strong process-engineering skills, and the ability to deploy AI as a tool to optimize HR practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8 years of experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 6 years with a Master's Degree.
• Proven experience in process engineering and optimization.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications in business processes.
• Preferred qualifications: Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with AI tools and platforms such as ML, NLP, and predictive analytics.
• Demonstrated success in driving organizational transformation through technology.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Prior consulting experience in process optimization or technology-driven solutions is highly desirable.
• Experience in HR strategy and analytics is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration of AI technologies into HR processes to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
• Perform process engineering to identify AI-driven improvements in HR workflows.
• Use AI tools to analyze data and identify trends for HR strategy decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement AI-based HR solutions.
