Job summary

Samsung Electronics America, Inc. in Plano, Texas, seeks a Manager, Program Management & Operations to lead the integrated portfolio supporting Employee Experience, Talent Development, and Organizational Effectiveness.

You will turn priorities into clear plans, manage dependencies and risks, and ensure on-time delivery. This individual-contributor role requires coordinating with HR, Finance, Legal, IT, and vendors, delivering concise executive reporting, and developing dashboards and operating

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in program management, PMO, HR operations, or business operations.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional programs in a matrixed org.
• Strong planning, risk, reporting, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the integrated annual roadmap, program calendar, milestones, owners, dependencies, and deadlines.
• Coordinate execution across HR, business leaders, Finance, Legal, Procurement, IT, vendors, and global stakeholders.
• Track risks, decisions, action items, resources, and leadership escalations.
• Establish consistent project plans, status reports, dashboards, templates, and procedures.
• Prepare executive reporting on progress, risks, decisions, budgets, and milestones.
• Manage budgets, vendors, purchase orders, contracts, invoices, and program records.
• Identify and build AI, low-code workflows to improve processes.
