Job summary

Council on Aging (COA) seeks an AI Human Resources Business Partner to drive organizational development and culture through AI-enabled insights and ethical governance. You will collaborate with leaders to align people strategies with COA’s growth goals and ensure responsible use of AI across HR functions.

The role leads recruitment, benefits administration, and workforce analytics, harnessing AI tools to improve employee experience, decision-making, and workforce effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or related field.
• Three (3) or more years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Experience utilizing workforce analytics, HRIS systems, and AI-enhanced business tools.
• Experience in organizational development, talent acquisition, benefits administration, or employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement organizational development strategies that support workforce development, continuous improvement, and workforce effectiveness.
• Utilize AI-powered analytics to identify workforce trends, organizational risks, and opportunities.
• Support leadership development, succession planning, career development, and change management initiatives.
• Partner with leaders to improve team effectiveness, accountability, communication, and organizational culture.
• Design and recommend workforce planning strategies based on organizational needs and future talent requirements.
