Job summary

Accenture in Houston is seeking an HR Reinvention Consultant to lead digital HR transformation initiatives, integrating GenAI, automation, and analytics to reinvent HR operating models.

You will partner with senior client leaders to define, sell and deliver value-driven HR reinvention programs, driving improved talent management, engagement and efficiency. This high-visibility role requires strategic thinking and strong delivery discipline.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR transformation, digital HR, or HR technology consulting.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working on HR reinvention programs, including operating model, process, technology, or service delivery transformation initiatives.
• Minimum of 6 months experience applying AI, GenAI, automation, or analytics tools to improve HR processes, employee experience, workforce planning, or talent outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Advise on HR operating models, technology, and transformation strategies aligned with business goals.
• Develop HR reinvention strategies blending traditional HR with digital innovations like AI and automation.
• Design and implement HR operating models leveraging shared services and outsourcing concepts.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of HR reinvention projects, including governance and stakeholder alignment.
