Job summary

Qualifications

• Academic or project experience in AI, data/analytics, information systems, computer science, business process improvement, HR, legal operations, or related field.
• Experience with generative AI tools, prompt design, workflow automation, low-code/no-code platforms, data visualization, process mapping, or user research.
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills with ability to turn ambiguous problems into structured requirements.

Responsibilities

• Document current workflows, pain points, controls, data inputs, handoffs, and outcomes.
• Prototype AI-enabled and automation solutions for approved use cases.
• Build reusable process maps, requirements, test scenarios, prompts, and adoption materials.
• Evaluate outputs for accuracy, usability, privacy, security, accessibility, and responsible AI.
• Support pilots by gathering feedback, measuring success, and suggesting improvements.
