Teradata invites students to join its internship program focused on AI-enabled automation within the Chief Administrative Office. You will document workflows, prototype AI solutions, and develop scalable materials while collaborating across Legal and People teams to deliver measurable business impact.

Throughout 10–12 weeks, you will gain hands-on experience in knowledge discovery, workflow routing, and operational analytics, with an emphasis on responsible AI, privacy, and security

Formación

• Academic or project experience in artificial intelligence, data/analytics, information systems, computer science, business process improvement, human resources, legal operations, or related field.
• Experience with one or more: generative AI tools, prompt design, workflow automation, low-code/no-code platforms, data visualization, process mapping, or user research.
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills to turn ambiguous problems into structured requirements.
• Curiosity, prudent judgment, attention to detail, and handling confidential information.

Responsabilidades

• Document current workflows, pain points, controls, data inputs, handoffs, and outcomes with Legal and People teams.
• Prototype AI-enabled and automation solutions for approved use cases (knowledge discovery, document intake, routing, reporting, support, analytics).
• Build reusable process maps, requirements, test scenarios, prompts, documentation, and adoption materials for scalable implementation.
• Evaluate outputs for accuracy, privacy, security, accessibility, and responsible AI; document risks and escalate.
• Support pilots by gathering feedback, analyzing results, and proposing improvements before broader deployment.
