Job summary

Teradata invites a current student to join the CAO team for a 10–12 week internship assisting Legal and People operations. You will document workflows, gather requirements, and help prototype AI-enabled automation to improve enterprise processes.

You’ll build reusable maps, prompts, and adoption materials while evaluating privacy, security, and responsible AI considerations. Through pilots and cross-functional reviews, you’ll gain hands-on experience with AI, workflow automation, and change

Qualifications

• Academic or project experience in AI, data analytics, information systems, CS, or related fields.
• Experience with generative AI, workflow automation, or low-code/no-code platforms.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to turn problems into requirements.

Responsibilities

• Document current workflows with stakeholders including owners and inputs.
• Research and prototype AI-enabled automation solutions for approved use cases.
• Build reusable process maps, requirements, prompts, and docs for scalable implementation.
• Evaluate outputs for accuracy, privacy, security, accessibility, and responsible AI.
• Support pilots by gathering feedback and measuring success.
