Job summary

Qualifications

Academic or project experience in AI, data/analytics, information systems, computer science, business process improvement, human resources, legal operations, or a related field.
Experience with generative AI tools, prompt design, workflow automation, low-code/no-code platforms, data visualization, process mapping, or user research.
Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to turn ambiguous problems into structured requirements and actionable next steps.
Curiosity, sound judgment, attention to detail, and comfort working with confidential or sensitive business information.

Responsibilities

Document current workflows with stakeholders to capture inputs, handoffs and desired outcomes.
Research and prototype AI-enabled and automation solutions for approved use cases.
Build reusable process maps, requirements, test scenarios, prompts, documentation, and adoption materials.
Evaluate solution outputs for accuracy, privacy, security, accessibility, and responsible AI considerations; document risks.
Present findings, prototypes, and recommendations to cross-functional partners in a clear, business-oriented format.
