Job summary

Teradata offers a 10-12 week summer internship designed for students to work closely with the Chief Administrative Office and partner with Legal and People teams. Interns will explore AI-enabled automation, document workflows, and create adoption materials.

You will help design prototypes, gather feedback, and present outcomes to stakeholders, gaining exposure to enterprise AI governance and responsible use of automation.

Qualifications

• Academic or project experience in AI, data analytics, information systems, or related field.
• Experience with generative AI tools, prompts, and workflow automation.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to turn ambiguous problems into clear requirements.
• Ability to handle confidential information under established policies.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Legal and People team stakeholders to document workflows, pain points, controls, data inputs, handoffs, and outcomes.
• Research and prototype AI-enabled and automation solutions for approved use cases.
• Build reusable process maps, requirements, test scenarios, prompts, and adoption materials.
• Evaluate solution outputs for accuracy, privacy, security, and responsible AI considerations; document risks.
• Support pilots by gathering user feedback, tracking success measures, and recommending improvements.
