Job summary

Metropolis is seeking a Head of Growth, Hospitality to lead the growth strategy for our hospitality vertical. This senior commercial leader will shape the long-term vision, own segment growth, and drive partnerships with major hospitality brands while collaborating cross-functionally across product, sales, marketing, and operations.

The role requires 15+ years in hospitality, strong P&L and data-driven decision making, plus a proven track record of closing national accounts.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in the hospitality industry with proven commercial growth leadership.
• Strong background in strategy, business development, partnerships, P&L management.
• Extensive contacts and an established network of vertical-specific partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and execution to grow the hospitality vertical and location base across regions.
• Open and win deals in national accounts within hospitality; co-sell with regional sellers.
• Establish vertical-standard commercial structures and deal terms.
• Scale marketing initiatives, trade coverage, and conference presence for brand awareness.
• Build strategic partnerships with consultants, advisors, and enterprise influencers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to scale offerings and roadmap for vertical products.
• Translate customer input to product-market fit and drive impact from products.
• Define wayfinding solutions, validation strategies, and biometric integrations.
• Commercialize and scale the Metropolis Recognition Platform in hospitality.
• Establish dashboards with data teams to show value for hoteliers and drive pipeline.
