CVS Health is seeking a Product Manager for a flagship AI platform in claims processing. You will own discovery through launch for a dedicated delivery squad, partnering with Data Science and Engineering to shape model logic and product rules.

You’ll drive cross-functional delivery with engineering, UX, and business partners, set success metrics, and report to senior leadership, delivering impact at scale within a healthcare context.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Product Management with ownership from discovery through delivery.
• 2+ years partnering with Data Science and Engineering to ship AI/ML products.
• 2+ years conducting user research translating workflows into buildable requirements.
• 2+ years leading cross-functional delivery in complex environments.
• 2+ years working in Agile: backlog ownership, sprint planning, scope management.
• 2+ years of strong verbal and written communication to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end discovery through launch for a focused delivery squad.
• Own the squad backlog and sprint delivery, write requirements and priorities.
• Partner with Data Scientists to define model logic and product rules.
• Drive cross-functional delivery with engineering, UX, and business stakeholders.
• Define and track success metrics tied to efficiency, quality, and adoption.
• Represent product decisions to senior leadership and operations partners.
