Job summary

BoolSi, Inc. is building AI systems that automate hardware design, generation, verification, and optimization for FPGA and ASIC architectures.

The team works at the intersection of AI, compilers, verification, and developer tools to push the boundaries of what software can automate in hardware. You will tackle challenging problems across software engineering, machine learning, compilers, and architecture, contributing to scalable AI-driven hardware workflows and collaboration with researchers

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Python or C++ in production code.
• Ability to design and implement complex systems.
• Experience debugging and reasoning about large codebases.
• Familiarity with ML/LLM concepts is a plus.
• Comfort in an early-stage startup environment.
• Ability to learn unfamiliar domains quickly.

Responsibilities

• Build core infrastructure for AI-driven hardware generation.
• Develop systems for logic design generation, verification, and optimization.
• Create tooling around simulation, formal verification, and synthesis.
• Work on static analysis and program understanding of C/C++ code.
• Build scalable evaluation and benchmarking pipelines.
• Develop AI agents that reason about hardware design and verification.
• Integrate open-source EDA tools into automated workflows.
• Collaborate with researchers and engineers on new product capabilities.
