Job summary

Analog Devices, a global semiconductor leader, seeks an ASIC Design and Verification Engineer - AI to drive AI-driven tools in IC design and verification. You will develop agentic AI solutions, connect APIs to design databases, and collaborate with multiple engineering domains to enhance productivity and quality.

The role requires 5+ years in IC design/verification, strong SystemVerilog/UVM skills, Python/Bash scripting, and experience with AI/ML workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IC design and verification.
• Experience with prompt engineering, RAG, vector databases.
• Scripting in Python or Bash.
• SystemVerilog/UVM and C-based test bench development.
• Git version control and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong Linux skills and debugging ability.
• Excellent coding and documentation practices.
• Strong communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and integrate Agentic AI tools into IC design/verification workflows.
• Develop libraries of custom instructions, skills, and automation scripts.
• Apply ML/AI techniques to extend EDA tools.
• Connect APIs/SDKs to design databases.
• Educate users and deliver training on AI tools.
• Collaborate with design, verification, and tool teams to improve productivity.
• Benchmark new AI/ML tools for semiconductor workflows.
• Develop automation to improve verification productivity and debugging.
