Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. seeks an ASIC Design and Verification Engineer - AI to lead AI-driven tool integration in IC design and verification.

You will join the SVV team within the EE group and help deploy agentic AI to improve productivity across digital/analog design, verification, and software interfaces. You will develop custom instructions, skills, and automation scripts, collaborating with architecture, design, verification, and tool teams to accelerate output while maintaining high quality

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IC design/verification experience.
• Experience with LLM-related techniques: prompt engineering, RAG, vector databases.
• Strong scripting in Python and Bash.
• SystemVerilog/UVM and C-based test bench development.
• Git version control and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
• Strong command-line Linux skills and debugging ability.
• Excellent communication and documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and integrate Agentic AI tools into IC design/verification workflows.
• Develop libraries of custom instructions, skills, and automation scripts.
• Apply ML/agentic AI to extend ADI's EDA tools and connect APIs to design databases.
• Collaborate with digital/analog design, verification, and tool developers.
• Prepare documentation and deliver training on AI tool usage.
• Benchmark emerging AI/ML tools for semiconductor workflows.
• Maintain automation to improve verification productivity and debugging.
• Stay current with generative AI and agentic frameworks.
