Job summary

Autumn in New York is hiring a Sales & GTM Associate to connect hoteliers with our team, owning follow-ups across email, phone, and text and booking meetings for our closers. You’ll help ensure no interested property falls through the cracks and you’ll be the friendly first contact that moves prospects toward a conversation.

As one of our first dedicated sales hires, you’ll shape go-to-market processes, enrich and sequence outreach, and build lightweight automations using Clay, Email Bison,

Qualifications

• 0–2 years in a customer-facing or outreach role
• Strong organization and follow-through
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Fast learner with new tools and workflows
• Interest in AI and GTM tooling
• Ability to work autonomously with attention to detail
• Resilient and persistent in follow-ups

Responsibilities

• Manage follow-up with warm hotelier prospects across email, phone, and text
• Book and confirm meetings for closers with context
• Ramp into net-new outbound and start outreach myself
• Own the outreach systems and tooling, including enrichment and CRM
• Build GTM workflows using Clay, Email Bison, Claude Code, and Cowork
• Collaborate with the team to sharpen messaging and patterns
